What's the latest time for same-day delivery?

Orders placed by 17:00 (Istanbul time) are delivered the same day. Later orders go out first thing the next morning.

Can I see a photo of the bouquet?

Yes. Once your bouquet is ready we send you a photo on WhatsApp, and it only leaves after you approve it.

What if the recipient isn't home?

We call you to arrange a new delivery time, or, with your OK, leave it with a neighbour you trust.

Can I send flowers without my name on the card?

Yes. Just choose the option to keep your name off the card when you order.

How can I pay?

Credit card, debit card or bank transfer. Payment is taken in Turkish lira (TL).
