Do you issue invoices?
Yes. Every delivery is invoiced to your company with a Turkish e-invoice; the quote is prepared with your tax details.
Which areas do you deliver to?
Istanbul's Asian side (from Tuzla to Kadıköy, Ümraniye, Ataşehir, Beykoz…) and Kocaeli (from Gebze to İzmit).
Can we pause the regular service?
Yes — just let us know one week in advance. We can change the flower type and colours whenever you like.
Can we see the flowers before delivery?
Before every delivery we send you a photo of the prepared flowers on WhatsApp.
