Product and total price
The main features, options, quantities and total price including VAT of the products you order are shown in the order summary at the payment step. In districts where a delivery fee applies, this fee is shown as a separate line in the order summary and is included in the total.
Payment and delivery
Payment: credit card / debit card (PayTR, single payment) or bank transfer (havale/EFT).
Payment is always taken in Turkish lira (TL). Any amounts in euros, US dollars or other currencies shown on the site are approximate and for information only; the amount charged is the TL amount. Your card issuer may convert it at its own exchange rate and may charge its own fees.
Delivery: flowers are delivered to the Asian side of Istanbul (Tuzla, Pendik, Kartal, Maltepe, Ataşehir, Kadıköy, Üsküdar, Ümraniye, Sancaktepe, Sultanbeyli, Çekmeköy, Beykoz) and Kocaeli (Gebze, Darıca, Çayırova, Dilovası, Körfez, Derince, İzmit) on the day and in the time slot you choose; the cut-off time for same-day delivery is 17:00 (Istanbul time). Floristry supplies are sent by courier within our area and by cargo to other provinces within 1–3 business days.
Delivery is documented by a photo of the product at the place of delivery and by recording the name of the person who received it and the time.
Right of withdrawal
Cut flowers, bouquets, arrangements, potted plants, orchids and wreaths are excluded from the right of withdrawal because they are prepared specifically for you and can deteriorate quickly (Distance Contracts Regulation Art. 15/1-c, ç).
For floristry supplies you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery by notifying us by e-mail or WhatsApp. The price of the product is refunded within 14 days of the notice.
