Delivery areas and times

Areas where we deliver flowers: the Asian side of Istanbul (Tuzla, Pendik, Kartal, Maltepe, Ataşehir, Kadıköy, Üsküdar, Ümraniye, Sancaktepe, Sultanbeyli, Çekmeköy, Beykoz) and Kocaeli (Gebze, Darıca, Çayırova, Dilovası, Körfez, Derince, İzmit).

Orders placed by 17:00 (Istanbul time) are delivered the same day; orders placed later are delivered the next day. You choose the delivery time slot when ordering.

Flower delivery is free in most of our area; the delivery fee applied in distant districts is shown in the order summary. Floristry supplies are sent by courier within our area and by cargo to other provinces within 1–3 business days.

Our working hours: Monday–Saturday 09:00–19:30 · Sunday 10:00–17:00.

Photo before delivery

When your bouquet is ready, we send you its photo on WhatsApp. If you have a request, we fix it before it leaves.

Delivery record

On delivery we take a photo of the product where it was delivered and record the name of the person who received it and the delivery time. We share this record with you if you wish. The photo is automatically deleted after 120 days.

If the recipient is not at the address

We call you; with your approval we set a new time or leave the product with a neighbour, the building security or an authorised person at the workplace.

Returns and cancellation

Cut flowers, bouquets, arrangements, potted plants, orchids and wreaths are excluded from the right of withdrawal because they are prepared specifically for you and can deteriorate quickly.

If you cancel before preparation of the order begins, we refund the full amount you paid.

If the product you received is damaged, incomplete or does not match your order, let us know with a photo within the day of delivery; we review it and send the product again or refund its price.

For floristry supplies you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery for unused products in a resaleable condition.

Refunds are made using the payment method used (to the same card for card payments) within 14 days at the latest. The time it takes to appear on your card may vary depending on your bank. Refunds are made in Turkish lira; the amount in your own currency may differ slightly due to exchange rates.
